Welcome to the Global Messenger Workshop Planner. This page is designed to help you:
  • Select strategies for teaching each of the learning objectives in the Beginner Global Messenger Workshop
  • Schedule your training based on the amount of time each strategy requires
  • Print your Trainer’s Manual with only the strategies you have selected

To use the Workshop Planner simply start at the first Training Objective (Introduction of Trainers) and review the available strategies. When you have decided on the strategy you want, place a check in the box under the icon for that document and move to the next Training Objective. Once you have completed all the objectives, you can tell the planner what time you expect to start your workshop and it will set up an initial agenda for you, allocating time for each objective based on which strategies you selected.

You may also add your own strategy for an objective and set the required time. If you have ideas for new strategies, please send us a copy of what you use so we can review it and potentially add it to the strategies options in this tool.

Once you are finished, the Planner will only display the strategies you selected. You can then finalize your planning by saving it to a file on your computer and then editing the Word documents to personalize your training scripts. Finally, you can print the strategies to take with you to the training.

If you are new to teaching the Beginner Global Messenger Workshop and want a preset curriculum that has been used by several of our Master Teachers, feel free to use this link. It gives you a very brief outline and streamlined workshop agenda that is a good starting point.

Enjoy this tool and feel free to email us with input on how this tool works.
