 Heidi Cuello, 34, of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, is a true leader who was a participant in the Special Olympics Latin America Regional Athlete Congress in Costa Rica. An athlete for seven years, she trains and competes in athletics and bowling and enjoys using her good leadership and communication skills to talk with other people.
