Raouf Al-Far, General Manager of the Sharp Company in Amman, has been a supporter of Special Olympics Jordan for years. Through Al-Far's efforts, Sharp donated a number of machines and computers to the Program. Al-Far formed a committee to secure donations to support eh Special Olympics Jordan delegation to the 2003 Special Olympics World Summer Games in Ireland. In addition, he played a great role in enhancing awareness for the Program, as well as attracting volunteers and supporters through his connections with the Lions Club in Amman. "I love working with Special Olympics Jordan athletes, and I always try to volunteer and take part in their events. I enjoy sharing with them their feeling of happiness and joy and to offer them all the help that is needed," said Al-Far.
