International Torch Run Conference The 2010 Law Enforcement Torch Run® International Conference will be held at the Long Beach Convention Center in Long Beach, California Tuesday 19 October 2010 thru Friday, 22 October 2010. *Please note the schedule change this year — Opening Ceremonies will be held Wednesday morning 20 October 2010 and Closing ceremonies will be Friday night, 22 October 2010. "Catch the Wave" and enjoy a special evening with your 2010 conference host, Southern California, Saturday, 14 November 2009 immediately following the Richard La Munyon Hall of Fame Banquet in Connecticut. Long Beach conference information will become available in early 2010.
